  REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
 
1.       The conference registration can only be done online.
2.       To register as a participant or presenter of this conference, please click on the “Online Registration” button.
3.       On the registration page, please enter your preferred username and password for login purposes. Complete the form and click “Submit”.
4.       Once registered, you can login to the participant’s personal page using your username and password.
5.       You will receive a confirmation email with a registration ID following successful registration. Please keep this email for future correspondence.
6.       If you are going to submit more than one paper to this conference, you have to register separately for each paper. Please use different username and password for separate registration.
7.       Please contact the conference secretariat at apceebm1@ummc.edu.my if you have any problem with the online registration.

**This event has been cancelled due to unforsee circumstances. Participants who have paid for this event will be contacted by the conference secretariat soon for the arrangement of optional financial refund or conversion into a private dinner function.

Payment procedure

1.       The payment for conference registration fees can be made via online credit card transaction.
2.   To pay for the conference, pre-conference workshop and dinner, please login to participant’s personal page.
3.       On the main page, click on "Pay now" button to enter the e-payment page.
4.       In the e--payment page, select your items accordingly and click on “Pay” to link to online credit card transaction system.
5.     For current student, please produce the proof of identification (matrics card, student ID card or university’s acceptance letter) during onsite registration for verification purposes. Please be informed that the organising committee reserves the right to refuse entry to any student participant who failed to produce the proof of identification during the onsite conference registration.
6.   Payment using bank draft / cheque / local purchase order is now acceptable. Please pay to "Bendahari Universiti Malaya" if you use any of the above mentioned manual payment method. You can post the bank draft / cheque / local purchase order to the secretariat of the conference.
7.     Please take note that the deadline for registration fee payment for presenter (oral or poster) is 31st May 2012. (NB: Early bird rate ends 15 May 2012). The presenter who did not pay for the registration fee after the 31st May 2012 deadline will be regarded as self withdrawal from the presentation and the abstract will not be included in the conference proceedings.
8.    Please note that the conference materials will not be guaranteed for participants who have not make full payment by 15th June 2012.
 
Alternative payment procedure
1.    For foreign participants who are unable to make successful online credit card transaction, payment via inter-bank transfer is now possible.

2.    Please transfer the correct amount of fees in equivalent Malaysian Ringgit (please refer to the Registration Fees table above) to the following account:

3.    Please scan the inter-bank transfer receipt / form and email to the conference secretariat after you have made the payment and we will update the payment status manually. Please also indicate the items that you have paid when you send the email to us.
 
4.    For local participants, you can pay using bank draft / cheque / local purchase order as stated in the payment procedure above or via cash to the conference secretariat personally.
 
Important notice on payment process
 
1.    Please take note that onsite settlement / payment of registration fee for presenter is not allowed. The presenter who did not pay for the registration fee after the deadline (31st May 2012) will be regarded as self withdrawal from the presentation and the abstract will not be included in the conference proceedings.
 
2.  Foreign cheque is not accepted.
