 Dr. Morgano received his DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.  He completed a general practice residency program at Philadelphia General Hospital, and received his specialty certificate in prosthodontics from the Hines Veterans Affairs Medical Center.   Dr. Morgano is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics.
 
He is also Director of the Division of Postdoctoral Prosthodontics at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He is on a leave of absence from the Goldman School of Dental Medicine to serve as Chief Academic Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Boston University Institute of Dental Research and Education--Dubai. 
 
He is a fellow of the Academy of Prosthodontics, the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, and the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics. 
He is former Chair of the Tylman Research Committee of the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Academy.
 
He is a member of the Editorial Review Board of  The Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry and serves as a site visitor for the Commission on Dental Accreditation for the accreditation of US prosthodontic specialty programs. 

Dr. Morgano has lectured throughout the US, and internationally in 13 different countries.  He has published over 55 articles in the refereed dental literature, and has authored 8 textbook chapters.
