Submission Guidelines

Abstract Preparation

    • Abstracts should be prepared in English using the given template.


    • Abstract must be submitted via the online system before the deadline.
    • The presenting authors must be registered in ACCIS2017 as a "presenter" in order to enable the online submission.


    • The scientific committee will make the final decision on the type of presentation for the accepted abstracts.


Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentations (Plenary, Keynote, Invited and Contributed)

The allocated time for different types of oral presentations are as follows:





30 minutes


20 minutes


15 minutes



    • All presentations should be made in English.
    • The allocated time includes time for Q & A, and any delay by the speaker.
    • Speakers are encouraged to use MS Powerpoint for their presentation. No technical assistance will be available if they use other presentation packages.
    • Speakers are allowed to use their own laptop computer, but they are strongly advised to test the system before the session starts. Any delay due to device incompatibility or caused by speaker’s computer will be counted towards the presentation time.
    • Only the video graphics array (VGA) connector is provided for the LCD projector connection. Please prepare your own adapter if it is different from VGA connector.

 Poster Presentations

    • All posters have to be printed in A0 (841 x 1189 mm) size with portrait orientation.
    • All Poster presenters are required to put up their posters on the allocated poster boards, before the poster session.
    • All posters are to be displayed throughout the poster session.
