In the workshop, we will provide sample indicators for institutional research performance evaluations using the data drawn from Thomson Reuters InCites.  Participants are encouraged to explore those indicators and consider which ones are useful to address questions they may have in their work. Possible questions:

•    What are the indicators available for research evaluation and how do we use   them?
•    Where does my university stand in comparison to other universities?

•    Who are most productive, or most cited researchers in our university?
•    What are the categories/topics that stand out in the research done in my university?

Who should attend: Research administrators and librarians who analyzes and reports on research performance.
